Shelter Books

is a bindery and print studio located in Western Massachusetts and operated by Amy Borezo. Amy received an MFA in Painting/Printmaking from the Rhode Island School of Design. While attending RISD she studied Letterpress and the Art of the Book with Walter Feldman of the Ziggurat Press. After graduating, she worked as a specialist at a library bindery and studied with Barry Spence of the Open Book Bindery. In addition to operating Shelter Books, Amy is currently a book mechanic at Daniel Kelm's Wide Awake Garage in Easthampton, MA.
